Anna Fuller Fund Award
The Anna Fuller Fund has made a major grant for the testing of drugs for efficacy in NF1 models.

Dr. Knowles, in a presentation to the Anna Fuller Fund Board of Trustees on Oct. 5, 2006, described the rationale of the NF Cure Project and the program to test drugs for efficacy in the treatment of NF1 plexiform neurofibromas.  The Anna Fuller Fund
Trustees approved of the research plan and granted an award of $200,000 to be used to accelerate the NF Cure Project's drug testing program.

We are extremely grateful for this award and for the acceptance of the NF Cure Project's rationale and research program which is dedicated to finding a therapy for NF as quickly as possible.
